FishBowl Reports

Depending on the version of Fishbowl you have, it uses one of the following as the database:

Firebird = Fishbowl previous to 2017

MySQL = 2017 and greater versions of Fishbowl

The good thing about using MySQL is that it is a more standard database in which it is easy to connect to from various report engines and integrate with. The negative about the upgrade is that we have seen clients have issues with existing custom reports.
